Historical Association

June 14 @ 7:30 pm

Joan Gladwyn will give a presentation: ”History begins at home”. Preserving information about our own families provides an important resource for future generations of historians.

Joan Gladwyn has been researching her family tree and that of her husband for seven years. She will explain the different methods used in traditional and online genealogical research and describe how DNA testing can provide another source of information that allows the breaking down of the “brick walls” often encountered in traditional genealogy.
