Mindfulness Meditation

A simple form of meditation that enhances mental and physical wellbeing and reduces anxiety, stress, depression and irritability.
Meditation is not a religion, simply a method of mental training. You don’t have to sit cross-legged on the floor unless you want – most sit on chairs.
We meet every Tuesday at 6pm at 7A Whero Ave, beginning our 40 minute meditation with a short audio guided meditation and then sit silently. Afterwards, we share a companionable cup of tea and chat.
No experience required – everyone is welcome.
