The proposal is for 4 shops, a supermarket, a 30-seat cinema, a café and (on the present On the Spot site) a petrol station/mechanics garage plus 1 apartment above. There will be 108 carparks, 3 entrances and a public walkway connecting Patiki Place with Marine Drive.
