We will take walk-ins but much prefer bookings so we can plan accordingly.

We will be doing adult Covid boosters, plus Flu, Whooping Cough and Tetanus vaccinations.

Your Flu, Whooping Cough and Tetanus vaccination might be free! Covid is always free. If you are unsure please call us and we can advise if it will be free and if you are eligible.

Flu vaccination

Influenza immunisation is recommended and offered free to:

• Pregnant women (any trimester)
• People aged 65 years older
• Māori and Pacific peoples aged 55 to 64 years
• People aged under 65 years with medical conditions
• People under 65 years of age who have schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder; or are currently accessing secondary or tertiary mental health and addiction services
• Children aged 6 months to 12 years inclusive (at pharmacies 3 years onwards)

COVID booster (no costs)

Regardless of how many boosters you have had, you can get an additional booster now if you are:

• Aged 30 and over
• Pregnant and aged 16 or over
• Aged 12 to 29 and at higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19

Boostrix

Protects against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (whooping cough). Recommended for:

• Every pregnancy
• School years 7 & 8 (11-12 years)
• 45 years
• 65 years
