The proposal is for 4 shops, a supermarket, a 30-seat cinema, a café and (on the present On the Spot site) a petrol station/mechanics garage plus 1 apartment above.

There will be 108 carparks, 3 entrances and a public walkway connecting Patiki Place with Marine Drive.

It is reported in the Bay Harbour News (Nov 1) that community concern has caused a rethink on how it will look. Development spokesman, James Hook, is quoted as saying that, “a revised site plan and elevations would be released in 2 weeks”. These will be posted here if they are provided upon request.
