The proposal is for 4 shops, a supermarket, a 30-seat cinema, a café and (on the present On the Spot site) a petrol station/mechanics garage plus 1 apartment above.

There will be 108 carparks, 3 entrances and a public walkway connecting Patiki Place with Marine Drive.

Note from the Developer

There will be an information evening on October 10 for the immediate adjacent property owners and occupants only as we wish to discuss the project with them in the first instance… We appreciate the significance of this development within the Diamond Harbour community, and, given the interest in the project, we are looking to hold a community session in the next few weeks.

Public Meeting Confirmed for October 17 at 7.45pm at the Community Hall

The purpose is to conduct a Public meeting for residents of Church Bay and Diamond Harbour and other interested members of the local community in relation to the commercial development proposed at 139-143 Marine Drive (as shown on the attached) plan.
